Judgment and Attachments. One or more judgments for the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $150,000,000 (to the extent not paid, fully bonded or covered by insurance or a third party indemnity) shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any combination thereof and the same shall remain undischarged, unvacated or undismissed for a period of 60 consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed (by reason of pending appeal or otherwise), or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to enforce any such judgment and such action shall not have been stayed; or

one or more judgments for the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $150,000,000 (to the extent not paid, fully bonded or covered by insurance or a third party indemnity) shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any combination thereof and the same shall remain undischarged, unvacated or undismissed for a period of 60 consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed (by reason of pending appeal or otherwise), or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to enforce any such judgment and such action shall not have been stayed;

one or more judgments for the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $25,000,000 shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any combination thereof and # the same shall remain undischarged for a period of 30 consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, discharged or bonded pending appeal, and liability for such judgment amount shall not have been admitted by an insurer of reputable standing reasonably acceptable to the Required [[Consenting Lenders:Organization]] or # any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to enforce any such judgment;

one or more judgments for the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $250,000,000 shall be rendered by a court of competent jurisdiction against the Borrower, any Subsidiary or any combination thereof, and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of 45 consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any Subsidiary to enforce any such judgment;

one (1) or more judgments for the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $20,000,000 shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (other than Immaterial Subsidiaries) or any combination thereof and # if not covered by insurance, the same shall remain undischarged for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days following the entry of such judgment during which sixty (60) day period such judgment shall not have been vacated, stayed, discharged or bonded pending appeal, or # any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (other than Immaterial Subsidiaries) to enforce any such judgment;

one or more judgments for the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $70,000,000 (other than any such judgment covered by insurance (other than under a self-insurance program) to the extent a claim therefor has been made in writing and liability therefor has not been denied by the insurer), shall be rendered against the Borrower, any Restricted Subsidiary or any combination thereof and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of 60 consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively satisfied, vacated, discharged, stayed or bonded pending appeal, or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to enforce any such judgment;

one or more judgments for the payment of money in excess of $100,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary or any combination thereof (to the extent not paid or covered by a reputable and solvent independent third-party insurance company which has not disputed coverage) and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of 30 consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to enforce any such judgment and such action shall not be stayed;

one or more final judgments requiring the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $200,000,000 (other than any such judgment covered by insurance to the extent the insurer has been notified thereof in writing and has not denied liability therefor), shall be rendered against the Borrower, any Material Restricted Subsidiary or any combination thereof and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of 60 consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any Material Restricted Subsidiary to enforce any such judgment;

Judgments. A final judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (that is not covered by insurance) shall be rendered against Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, or any judgment, writ, assessment, warrant of attachment, or execution or similar process shall be issued or levied against a substantial part of the property of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and such judgment, writ, or similar process shall not be released, stayed, vacated or otherwise dismissed within thirty (30) days after issue or levy; or

one or more judgments for the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $3,000,000 shall be rendered against the Borrower, any Subsidiary or any combination thereof and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any Subsidiary to enforce any such judgment or the Borrower or any Subsidiary shall fail within thirty (30) days to discharge one or more non-monetary judgments or orders which, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, which judgments or orders, in any such case, are not stayed on appeal and being appropriately contested in good faith by proper proceedings diligently pursued;
