Attachment, Judgment, Tax Liens. The issuance or filing against any Borrower or any Guarantor of any lien, attachment, injunction, execution or judgment for the payment of money in excess of which is not vacated, satisfied or discharged in full or stayed within 30 days after issuance or filing;

Judgment Liens. Each of the FILO Secured Parties agrees that, in the event FILO Secured Party becomes a judgment lien creditor in respect of any Collateral securing the Obligations, such judgment lien shall be subordinated to any Lien on such Collateral securing the Revolving Obligations on the same basis and to the same extent as the Liens on the Collateral of the securing the FILO Obligations are subordinated (including with respect to the proceeds thereof being subject to [Section 10.3]) to those Liens securing the Revolving Obligations.

Judgment. The obligations of the Company or any Subsidiary Borrower in respect of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents due to any party hereto shall, notwithstanding any judgment in a currency (the “Judgment Currency”) other than the currency in which the sum originally due to such party is denominated (the “Original Currency”), be discharged only to the extent that on the Business Day following receipt by such party of any sum adjudged to be so due in the Judgment Currency such party may in accordance with normal banking procedures purchase the Original Currency with the Judgment Currency; if the amount of the Original Currency so purchased is less than the sum originally due under such judgment to such party in the Original Currency, the Company or such Subsidiary Borrower, as the case may be, agrees, as a separate obligation and notwithstanding any such judgment, to indemnify such party against such loss, and if the amount of the Original Currency so purchased exceeds the sum originally due to any party to this Agreement, such party agrees to remit to the Company such excess. The provisions of this [Section 10.13] shall survive the termination of this Agreement and payment of the obligations of the Company and the Subsidiary Borrowers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Attachment. This Lease or any estate of Tenant hereunder is levied upon under any attachment or execution and such attachment or execution is not vacated within sixty (60) days.

If for the purpose of obtaining or enforcing judgment against the Company in connection with this Agreement or any other Transaction Document in any court in any jurisdiction it becomes necessary to convert into any other currency (such other currency being hereinafter in this [Section 9(p)] referred to as the “Judgment Currency”) an amount due in U.S. Dollars under this Agreement, the conversion shall be made at the Exchange Rate prevailing on the Trading Day immediately preceding:
