The Company and Employee agree that Employee’s employment with the Company is “at-will,” meaning that Employee may terminate their employment at any time for any reason or no reason, and that Company may terminate Employee’s employment at any time for any reason or no reason, subject to the terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in [Section 4] of this Agreement.
