Employment at Will. The Company and Executive expressly understand and agree that nothing herein shall be construed as a guarantee of employment for any specific time, nor does it change the at will employment relationship. Either the Company or Executive may terminate the Executive’s employment under this Paragraph 4 at will, for any or no reason, subject to compliance with the applicable post-termination obligations of each contained herein.

At-Will Employment. Your employment with the Company is at-will. Employment at- will may be terminated with or without cause and with or without notice at any time by you or the Company. Nothing in this letter or in any document or statement shall limit your right or the Company’s right to terminate your employment at-will. Only the Board has the authority to enter into an agreement for employment for any specified period or to make an agreement for employment other than at-will and then only in writing.

Employment At-Will. Nothing in this Agreement shall alter the at-will nature of Employee’s employment with Albany and either party may terminate such relationship at any time, with or without cause.

At-Will Employment. Executive’s employment relationship is at-will. Either Executive or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without Cause or advance notice.

Employment At Will. Your employment with Weyerhaeuser will continue to be “at will.” This means that your employment may be terminated at any time by you or by Weyerhaeuser. This Agreement does not alter the “at will” basis of your employment and neither binds you to continued employment nor confers any rights to you with respect to continuation of your employment.

At-Will Employment. The Company and the Employee acknowledge that the Employee’s employment is and shall continue to be at-will, as defined under applicable law. If the Employee’s employment terminates for any reason, the Employee shall not be entitled to any payments, benefits, damages, awards or compensation other than as provided by this Agreement, or as may otherwise be established under the Company’s then existing employee benefit plans or policies at the time of termination.

Terminable At Will Employment. Nothing herein shall entitle the Employee to continued employment with the Bank, FUSB or any of their respective affiliates or to continued tenure in any specific office or position. The Employee’s employment with the Bank and FUSB shall be terminable at the will of the Company, with or without Cause, subject to the terms of any other written agreement as may be in effect between the parties.

EMPLOYMENT AT WILL; TERMINATION. Subject to the provisions of Section 6 below, Employee’s employment with the Company is at-will, and either Party can terminate the employment relationship and/or this Agreement at any time, for any or no cause or reason, and with or without prior notice.

Voluntariness and Consequences of Consent Denial or Withdrawal. Participation in the Plan is voluntary and Participant is providing the consents herein on a purely voluntary basis. If Participant does not consent, or if Participant later seeks to revoke the consent, Participant’s salary from or employment or service with the Employer will not be affected; the only consequence of refusing or withdrawing consent is that the Company would not be able to grant the RSUs under the Plan or administer or maintain Participant’s participation in the Plan.

Voluntary. This Agreement is executed voluntarily and without any duress or undue influence on the part or behalf of the Parties hereto. The Parties acknowledge that they have had ample opportunity to have this Agreement reviewed by the counsel of their choice.
