Employment at Will. The Company and Executive expressly understand and agree that nothing herein shall be construed as a guarantee of employment for any specific time, nor does it change the at will employment relationship. Either the Company or Executive may terminate the Executive’s employment under this Paragraph 4 at will, for any or no reason, subject to compliance with the applicable post-termination obligations of each contained herein.

Employment at Will. The Company and Executive expressly understandparties acknowledge and agree that nothing herein shall be construed as a guarantee ofthis Agreement does not create employment for any specific time, nor does it change thea definite term and that Executive’s employment with ​ is at will employment relationship. Either the Companyand terminable by ​ or Executive may terminateat any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, unless otherwise expressly set forth in a separate written agreement executed by Executive and ​ after the Executive’s employment underdate of this Paragraph 4 at will, for any or no reason, subject to compliance with the applicable post-termination obligations of each contained herein.Agreement.

At Will Employment. Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Executive’s employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either Executive or the Company may terminate Executive’s employment at Will. The Companyany time and Executive expressly understand and agree that nothing herein shall be construed as a guarantee of employment for any specific time, nor does it changereason, with or without cause. Any contrary representations that may have been made to Executive are superseded by this Agreement. This is the at will employment relationship. Eitherfull and complete agreement between Executive and the Company or Executiveon this term. Although Executive’s compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may terminatechange from time to time, the “at will” nature of Executive’s employment under this Paragraph 4 at will, for any or no reason, subject to compliance withmay only be changed in an express written agreement signed by Executive and a duly authorized officer of the applicable post-termination obligations of each contained herein.Company (other than Executive).

Employment at Will.At-Will Employment. The Company and Executive expressly understandacknowledge that Executive’s employment is and agreeshall continue to be at-will, as defined under applicable law. It also means that Executive’s job duties, title, and responsibility and reporting level, work schedule, compensation, and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may be changed with prospective effect, with or without notice, at any time in the sole discretion of the Company (subject to any ramification such changes may have under Section 6 of this Agreement). This “at-will” nature of Executive’s employment shall remain unchanged during Executive’s tenure as an employee and may not be changed, except in an express writing signed by Executive and a duly-authorized officer of the Company. If Executive’s employment terminates for any lawful reason, subjectExecutive shall not be entitled to compliance with the applicable post-termination obligations of each contained herein.any payments, benefits, damages, award, or compensation other than as provided in this Agreement.
