At-Will Employment Relationship. Executive’s employment with the Company is at-will and not for any specified period and may be terminated at any time, with or without Cause or advance notice, by either Executive or the Company. Any change to the at-will employment relationship must be by specific, written agreement signed by Executive and an authorized representative of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or should be construed to contradict, modify or alter this at-will relationship.
Under this Agreement and as of the Effective Date, Cryan will become an employee of the Company, and any compensation paid to Cryan will be treated in the same manner as compensation paid to other Company employees, including but not limited to the withholding of appropriate federal, state or local taxes.
Employment Relationship. Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Your employment with the Company will be at will, meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by this letter agreement. Although your job duties, title, reporting relationship, compensation and benefits, as well as the Companys personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the at will nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company (other than you).
Employment Relationship. For purposes of this Agreement, Employee shall be considered to be in the employment of the Company as long as Employee remains an employee of either the Company, a parent or subsidiary corporation (as defined in section 428 of the Code) of the Company, or a corporation or a parent or subsidiary of such corporation. Any question as to whether and when there has been a termination of such employment, and the cause of any such termination, shall be determined by the Committee in its sole discretion, and such determination shall be final.
Employment At-Will. Nothing herein shall alter the at-will nature of Employee’s employment with Albany and either party may terminate such relationship at any time, with or without cause.
Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon the Executive the right to remain in the employ of the Employer, the Company or any of the Companies, it being understood and agreed that # the Executive is an employee at will and serves at the pleasure of the Company or the Employer at such compensation as the Company or the Employer shall determine from time to time subject to the provisions of this Agreement, # the Company or the Employer shall have the right to terminate the Executive’s employment at any time, with or without Cause subject to the provisions of this Agreement, and # except for this Agreement, the Employer’s Mandatory Arbitration Agreement and any equity awards agreements entered into by Executive and the Employer, Company, or any of the Companies pursuant to the Stock Incentive Plan (or any subsequent stock incentive plan of Company), there are no other arrangements or agreements between Executive and the Employer, the Company or any of the Companies concerning the terms of the Executive’s employment with the Employer, the Company or any of the Companies, and that nothing in this Agreement guarantees employment for any definitive or specific term or duration.
Executive will be employed by the Company at will, which means that either Executive or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason or no reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, following the termination of Executive’s employment, Executive shall be entitled to the compensation and benefits provided for in [Section 4] of this Agreement, as applicable depending on the circumstances of such termination, in accordance with such provisions.
At-Will Employment. Neither the Plan nor any Option or Stock Purchase Right shall confer upon any Optionee any right with respect to continuing the Optionees relationship as a Service Provider with the Company, nor shall it interfere in any way with his or her right or the Companys right to terminate such relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Employment At Will. Your employment with Weyerhaeuser will continue to be “at will.” This means that your employment may be terminated at any time by you or by Weyerhaeuser. This Agreement does not alter the “at will” basis of your employment and neither binds you to continued employment nor confers any rights to you with respect to continuation of your employment.
At Will Employment. While we look forward to a long and profitable relationship, should you decide to accept our offer, you will be an at-will employee of the Company, which means the employment relationship can be terminated by either you or the Company for any reason, at any time, with or without prior notice and with or without cause. Any statements or representations to the contrary (and, indeed, any statements contradicting any provision in this letter) should be regarded by you as ineffective. Further, your participation in any stock option or benefit program is not to be regarded as assuring you of continuing employment for any particular period of time. Any modification or change in your at-will employment status may only occur by way of a written agreement signed by you and the CEO.
