Assignment. The Borrower shall not be entitled to assign, charge or license this Agreement, and/or any rights or obligations hereunder, to any third party, without the prior written consent of the Lender.

The Borrower may not assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Lender.

The Borrower shall not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Lender.

The Lender shall not, at any time prior to completion of the Transaction, assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Borrower.

The Borrower may not make an assignment or other transfer of this Agreement or any interest herein, unless it has obtained the prior written consent of the Accounts Bank (not to be unreasonably withheld) and the Lender.

§18.6 No Assignment by Borrower. The Borrower shall not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of each of the Lenders.

This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Borrower and the Lender and their respective successors and assigns. The Borrower and the Lender may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without prior written consent of the other party.

No Borrower may assign or otherwise transfer any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the [[Person A:Person]] and each Lender.
