ASSIGNMENT. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the Employer, its successors or assigns. This Agreement may not be assigned by the Employee.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of both parties and their respective successors and assigns, including any corporation with which or into which the Company may be merged or which may succeed to its assets or business, provided, however, that the obligations of the Employee are personal and shall not be assigned by him.

Assignment and Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon Employee and shall be binding on and benefit the Company and its successors and assigns. This Agreement shall not be assignable by Employee.

This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Employee, the Company and their respective permitted successors or assigns (including personal representatives, heirs and legatees), except that Employee may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement except to the extent, and in the manner, expressly permitted herein.

Assignability. This Agreement and any rights, duties and obligations of the Employee are personal to Employee, and are not assignable by Employee. Company shall have the right to assign this Agreement to a successor in interest. This Agreement is binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the parties hereto and the personal representatives and heirs of Employee and the successors and assigns of Company.

Binding Effect; Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties, their successors and their permitted assigns; provided that Employee shall not assign his rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

Assignment. This Agreement is a personal contract, and the rights and interest of Executive hereunder may not be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or hypothecated. Except as otherwise may be herein expressly provided, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon Employer and its successors and assigns.

Binding Effect; Benefits; Assignment. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns, heirs and legal representatives. This Agreement shall not be assignable by the Employee.

This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, as the case may be, of the Employer and the Employee.

Benefit. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of and shall be enforceable by and against the Company, its successors and assigns and the Employee, his heirs, beneficiaries and legal representatives. It is agreed that the rights and obligations of the Employee may not be delegated or assigned.
