the lease, assignment, sub-lease, license or sub-license of any real or personal property in the ordinary course of business;

leases, subleases, licenses or sublicenses with respect to any real or personal property (other than IP Rights) which do not materially interfere with the business of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, including leases of real property;

leases, subleases, or non-exclusive licenses or sublicenses of real or personal Property (including Intellectual Property or other general intangibles) to third parties in the ordinary course of business and in accordance with the applicable Security Documents;

the licensing and sublicensing on a non-exclusive basis of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in the ordinary course of business, and the leasing and subleasing of any other property;

the lease or sublease of real property in the ordinary course of business;

leases, licenses, subleases or sublicenses of assets (including, without limitation, real property and intellectual property rights) granted to others that do not in the aggregate materially interfere with the ordinary conduct of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole and licenses of trademarks and intellectual property rights in the ordinary course of business;
