“Inventory” means any and all inventory (as that term is defined in the U.C.C.) of any Grantor and shall include, without limitation, tangible personal property held for sale or lease or to be furnished under contracts of service, tangible personal property which any such Grantor has so leased or furnished, and raw materials, work in process and materials used, produced or consumed in such Grantor’s business, and shall include tangible personal property returned to any such Grantor by a purchaser or lessor thereof following the sale or lease thereof by any such Grantor.

“Inventory” means any and all inventory (ashas the meaning given that term is defined in the U.C.C.) of any GrantorUCC, and shall also include, without limitation, tangible personal propertyall: # goods which # are leased by a Person as lessor, # are held by a Person for sale or lease or to be furnished under contractsa contract of service, tangible personal property which any such Grantor has so leased# are furnished by a Person under a contract of service, or furnished, and# consist of raw materials, work in process andprocess, or materials used, producedused or consumed in such Grantor’s business,a business; # goods of said description in transit; # goods of said description which are returned, repossessed or rejected; and shall include tangible personal property returned# packaging, advertising, and shipping materials related to any such Grantor by a purchaser or lessor thereof followingof the sale or lease thereof by any such Grantor.foregoing.
