Assumption of Contracts and Leases. Any and all Proofs of Claim based upon Executory Contracts or Unexpired Leases that have been assumed in the Chapter 11 Cases, including pursuant to this Confirmation Order, and for which any Cure has been fully paid pursuant to Article V.C of the Plan shall be deemed assumed,satisfied as of the Effective Date without the need for any objection thereto or any further notice to or action, order, or approval of the Bankruptcy Court, under section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code and the payment of Cures, if any, shall be paid in accordance with Article V.C. of the Plan.
