in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning ​’s Loans at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a ​ or an Affiliate of a ​, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning ​’s LoansCommitment and/or the Advances at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a ​ or an Affiliate of a ​, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning B" data-ad-field-type="a" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization B","type":"a","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a B" data-ad-field-type="organization" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization B","type":"organization","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ orA:Organization_, an Affiliate of a B" data-ad-field-type="organization" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization B","type":"organization","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​,A:Organization_ or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning _Organization B:​’s Term Loans at the time owing toheld by it, in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning ​’s Revolving Commitment and Revolving Loans at the time held by it or in the case of an assignment to a ​ or​, an Affiliate of a ​,​ or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning _Organization B:​’s Commitment under any Facility and the Loans at the time owing to it under such Facility or in the case of an assignment to a ​ or​, an Affiliate of a ​,​ or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning ​’s LoansCommitments or Loans, as applicable, at the time owing to itthe assigning Lender or in the case of an assignment to a ​Lender or an Affiliate of a ​,Lender, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning ​’Lender’s Commitment and the Loans at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a ​ orLender, an Affiliate of a ​,Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and
