Binding Effect; Benefits; Assignment. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns, heirs and legal representatives. This Agreement shall not be assignable by the Employee.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto, and their respective heirs, representatives, successors and assigns. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer upon any party other than the Parties hereto (and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns) any rights, remedies, liabilities or obligations under or by reason of this Agreement.

Benefit. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of and shall be enforceable by and against the Company, its successors and assigns and the Employee, his heirs, beneficiaries and legal representatives. It is agreed that the rights and obligations of the Employee may not be delegated or assigned.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties, and their respective heirs, executors, beneficiaries, personal representatives, successors and permitted assigns hereunder, but otherwise this Agreement shall not be for the benefit of any third parties.
