No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Unless otherwise expressly provided for in writing, nothing in this Agreement is intended or will be construed to give any person or entity, other than each Party hereto, and their successors or assigns, any legal or equitable right, remedy, or claim under or with respect to this Agreement or any provisions contained herein.

No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as may be otherwise expressly and specifically set out in this Agreement, nothing herein is intended, nor shall be construed, to confer upon any person, other than the Parties and their successors or permitted assigns, any rights, benefits or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.

Except as otherwise specifically provided for herein, nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any person, other than the parties hereto, their successors and permitted assigns, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained herein.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer on any person other than the parties hereto or their respective successors and assigns, and their respective Affiliates to the extent provided herein, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.
