Successors and Assigns. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Borrower and the Lender and their respective successors, legal representatives, and assignees to the extent such assignees are permitted assignees as provided in [Section 10.06] of the Credit Agreement.

Successors. This Amendment shall be binding upon Borrower and Lender and their respective successors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of Borrower and Lender, and their respective successors and assigns.
