Rights Personal to Tenant. Tenant’s right to exercise the Expansion Option is personal to, and may be exercised only by, the Original Tenant or a Permitted Assignee. No assignee (other than a Permitted Assignee) or subtenant shall have any right to exercise the Expansion Option granted herein.

Rights Personal to Tenant. Tenant’s right to exercise each of the Extension Options is personal to, and may be exercised only by, [[Organization A:Organization]] (“Original Tenant”) and its Permitted Assignee. If Tenant shall assign this Lease (other than to a Permitted Assignee) or sublet more than one (1) floor of the Premises, then immediately upon such assignment or subletting, Tenant’s right to exercise any Extension Option shall simultaneously terminate and be of no further force or effect. If Tenant subleases the Premises and subsequently re-occupies such subleased portion of the Premises such that Tenant is occupying at least two (2) floors of the Premises during an Exercise Period, Tenant shall be entitled to exercise the applicable Extension Option notwithstanding the termination of such Extension Options described in the preceding sentence. No assignee (other than a Permitted Assignee) or subtenant shall have any right to exercise the Extension Options granted herein.
