“Eligible Assignee” means any Person that meets the requirements to be an assignee under [Section 11.07(b)(iii)] (including any consents that may be required thereunder) and (v); provided that neither # any Person that is or would be a Defaulting ​ nor # any Disqualified ​ shall be an Eligible Assignee.

“Eligible Assignee” means any Person that meets the requirements to be an assignee under [Section 11.06(b)(iii), (v) and (vi)])])] (subject to such consents, if any, as may be required under [Section 11.06(b)(iii)]). “Eligible Assignee” shall not include the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries.

“Eligible Assignee” means any Person that meets the requirements to be an assignee under [Section 9.07(b)] (subject to such consents, if any, as may be required under [Section 9.07(b)]); provided that notwithstanding the foregoing, “Eligible Assignee” shall not # include the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries or # a natural Person (or a holding company, investment vehicle or trust for, or owned and operated for the primary benefit of, a natural person).

“Eligible Assignee” means any Person that meets the requirements to be an assignee under [Sections 11.06(b)(iii) and (v)])] (subject to such consents, if any, as may be required under [Section 11.06(b)(iii)]).

“Eligible Assignee” means any Person that meets the requirements to be an assignee under [Section 11.06(b)(iii) and (v)])] (subject to such consents, if any, as may be required under [Section 11.06(b)(iii)]).

“Eligible Assignee” means any Person that meets the requirements to be an assignee under [Section 11.06] (subject to such consents, if any, as may be required under [Section 11.06(b)(iii)]).

“Eligible Assignee” means any Person that meets the requirements to be an assignee under [Section 10.07(b)] (subject to receipt of such consents, if any, as may be required for the assignment of the applicable Loan and/or Commitments to such Person under [Section 10.07(b)(iii)]).

“Eligible Assignee” means any Person that meets the requirements to be an assignee under [Section 9.07(b)] (subject to such consents, if any, as may be required under [Section 9.07(b)]); provided that notwithstanding the foregoing, “Eligible Assignee” shall not include the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries.
