Bank National Association may at any time give notice of its resignation to the Lenders and the Parent Borrower or, if [[Co-Collateral Agent:Organization]] is a Defaulting Lender, may be required to resign upon receipt of a notice of termination from the Required Lenders and such resignation shall become effective on the date set forth in any such notice.
