Neither this Agreement nor any of the parties’ rights hereunder shall be assignable by any party without the prior written consent of the other parties and any attempted assignment without such consent shall be void.

Assignment. Neither this Agreement nor the rights of either Party hereunder shall be assigned by either Party without the prior written consent of the other Party.

Neither party to this Agreement may assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party hereto.

Neither this Agreement nor any other benefit to accrue hereunder shall be assigned or transferred by either party, either in whole or in part, without the written consent of the other party, and any purported assignment in violation hereof shall be void.
