Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as specifically provided in this Services Agreement, this Services Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Parties and their respective Affiliates after the Effective Time and their permitted successors and assigns, and is not intended to confer upon any Person except the Parties and their respective Affiliates after the Effective Time, and their permitted successors and assigns, any rights or remedies hereunder; and there are no other third-party beneficiaries of this Services Agreement and this Services Agreement should not be deemed to confer upon Third Parties any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action or other right in excess of those existing without reference to this Services Agreement.

Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as specifically provided herein, this Agreement is intended solely for the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors or permitted assigns, and it is expressly not intended to confer upon any Person other than the Parties any rights or remedies hereunder.

No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly provided by this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or shall # confer on any Person other than the Parties hereto and/or their Affiliates and their respective permitted successors or assigns any rights (including third party beneficiary rights), remedies, obligations or liabilities other than those expressed herein or # constitute the parties hereto as partners or as participants in a joint venture. Except as expressly provided by this Agreement, this Agreement shall not provide third parties with any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action or other right beyond those existing without reference to the terms of this Agreement.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer on any person other than the parties hereto or their respective successors and assigns, and their respective Affiliates to the extent provided herein, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and nothing herein, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other person or entity any legal or equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.
