Third Party Information. I understand that Company has received and in the future will receive from third parties confidential or proprietary information (“Third Party Information”) subject to a duty to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes. During the term of my employment and thereafter, I will hold Third Party Information in the strictest confidence and will not disclose to any person, firm or corporation (other than Company personnel who need to know such information in connection with their work for Company) or use it except as necessary in carrying out my work for Company consistent with Company’s agreement with such third party or unless expressly authorized by an officer of Company in writing.

Employee further acknowledges that Employee has received, and in the future will receive, from third parties confidential or proprietary information which is not publicly available (“Third Party Information”), which Employee shall also hold in the strictest confidence and not disclose, except in connection with Employee’s work for the Company or as otherwise required by law or court order or as permitted in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Company.

Recipient acknowledges that Company has received, and in the future will receive, from third parties confidential or proprietary information (“Third Party Information”) subject to a duty on Company’s part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes. Recipient will hold in confidence and not possess or use any Third Party Information except to the extent actually required to perform the duties of his or her employment with Company, and will not disclose any Third Party Information except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

You acknowledge that ​ has received and will in the future receive confidential or proprietary information belonging to third parties (“Third Party Confidential Information”) subject to a duty on ​’s part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes. You hereby agree to hold all such Third Party Confidential Information in the strictest confidence and not to disclose it to any person, firm or corporation or to use it except as necessary in carrying out your work for ​ consistent with ​’s agreement with such third party. You further agree to comply with any and all ​ policies and guidelines that may be adopted from time to time regarding Third Party Confidential Information.

In addition, Director understands that the Company has received and in the future will receive from third parties confidential or proprietary information (“Third Party Information”) subject to a duty on the Company’s part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes. During the term of Director’s association and thereafter, Director will hold Third Party Information in the strictest confidence and will not disclose or use Third Party Information, except in connection with Director’s performing requested Services for the Company.

Third Party Information. The Executive recognizes that the Company and Related Entities have received and in the future will receive from third parties their confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the part of the Company or Related Entities to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes. Except as otherwise provided in [Subsection 18(a)(iii)] of this Agreement, the Executive agrees at all times during the Executive’s employment and thereafter to hold all such confidential or proprietary information in the strictest confidence and not to disclose it to any person, firm or corporation or to use it except as necessary in carrying out the Executive’s work for the Company consistent with the obligations of the Company or Related Entities with such third party.
