Non-Assignability. Each Participant’s rights under this Plan shall be non-transferable except by will or by the laws of descent and distribution.

RIGHTS NOT TRANSFERABLE: The rights of a Participant under the Plan are not transferable by a Participant other than pursuant to the laws of descent and distribution.

Nontransferability. A person’s rights and interests under the Plan may not be assigned, pledged or transferred except, in the event of a Participant’s death, to his designated beneficiary as provided in the Plan or, in the absence of such designation, by will or the laws of descent and distribution.

Each Participant’s rights under this Plan shall be non-transferable except by will or by the laws of descent and distribution and except insofar as applicable law may otherwise require. Subject to the foregoing, no right, benefit or interest hereunder, shall be subject to anticipation, alienation, sale, assignment, encumbrance, charge, pledge, hypothecation, or set-off in respect of any claim, debt or obligation, or to execution, attachment, levy or similar process, or assignment by operation of law, and any attempt, voluntary or involuntary, to effect any such action shall, to the full extent permitted by law, be null, void and of no effect.

No right to receive payment under this Plan shall be transferable or assignable by a participant except by will or laws of descent and distribution.

Rights under the Plan are not transferable by a Participant other than by will or the laws of descent and distribution and, during the Participant’s lifetime, may be exercised only by the Participant.

Rights Not Transferable. Rights under the Plan are not transferable by a Participant other than by will or the laws of descent and distribution, and are exercisable during the Participant’s lifetime only by the Participant.

No Assignment. No right or interest of a Participant under this Plan may be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged, or otherwise encumbered, either voluntarily or by operation of law, except by will or the laws of descent and distribution. No right or interest of a Participant under this Plan will be subject to the claims of any creditor or to any liens.
