Severability; Assignability. If any term or provision of this agreement or its application thereof to any person or circumstance shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall not be affected thereby, and each term and provision of this contract shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The covenants and agreements contained herein shall be assignable by/to, inure to the benefit of and may be enforced by Client and the successors and assigns of Client.

Section # Severability of Provisions. If any one or more of the covenants, agreements, provisions or terms of this Agreement shall be for any reason whatsoever held invalid or unenforceable, then such covenants, agreements, provisions or terms shall be deemed severable from the remaining covenants, agreements, provisions and terms of this Agreement, as the same may be amended or supplemented, and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the other covenants, agreements, provisions or terms of this Agreement.

Severability. The covenants in this Agreement are severable, and if any covenant or portion thereof is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such covenant or portion thereof shall be modified to the extent necessary to cure such invalidity or unenforceability and all other covenants and provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

Severability. All agreements and covenants contained herein are severable and in the event any provision shall be held to be invalid or void, this Agreement shall be interpreted as if such invalid or void provision were not contained herein.

It is hereby stipulated and declared to be the intention of the parties that they would have executed the remaining terms, provisions, covenants and restrictions without including any of such that may be hereafter declared invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable.

If any term or provision of this Agreement or the application hereof to any person or circumstances shall to any extent be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement or the application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected thereby, and each term and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
