No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except for the provisions of Section 2, with respect to which each Releasee is an expressly intended third-party beneficiary thereof, this Agreement is not intended to confer in or on behalf of any Person not a Party (and their successors and assigns) any rights, benefits, causes of action or remedies with respect to the subject matter or any provision hereof.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer on any person other than the parties hereto or their respective successors and assigns, and their respective Affiliates to the extent provided herein, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall not confer any rights or remedies upon any Person other than the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as may be otherwise expressly and specifically set out in this Agreement, nothing herein is intended, nor shall be construed, to confer upon any person, other than the Parties and their successors or permitted assigns, any rights, benefits or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise expressly provided for in writing, nothing in this Agreement is intended or will be construed to give any person or entity, other than each Party hereto, and their successors or assigns, any legal or equitable right, remedy, or claim under or with respect to this Agreement or any provisions contained herein.

Section # No Third Party Beneficiaries. There are no third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer on any Person other than the parties hereto (and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns), any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities, except as specifically set forth in this Agreement.

No Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns and nothing herein, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other Person any legal or equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever, except as expressly provided under this Agreement.

No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, the Parties do not intend, and this Agreement shall not be construed, to create a third-party beneficiary status or interest in, nor give any third-party beneficiary rights or remedies to, any other person or entity not a party to this Agreement.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective permitted successors and assigns, and is not for the benefit of, nor may any provision hereof be enforced by, any other Person.

Section # No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly provided herein, this Agreement is not intended, nor shall it be deemed, construed or interpreted, to confer upon any Person not a party hereto any rights or remedies hereunder.
