Section # No Third Party Beneficiary. This Agreement shall not be construed to create any third party beneficiary relationship in favor of anyone not a party to this Agreement. In addition, the Parties waive and disclaim any third party beneficiary status as to any of the contracts of the other Party.

Section # No Third Party Beneficiaries. There are no third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer on any Person other than the parties hereto (and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns), any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities, except as specifically set forth in this Agreement.

Section # No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly provided herein, this Agreement is not intended, nor shall it be deemed, construed or interpreted, to confer upon any Person not a party hereto any rights or remedies hereunder.

Nothing herein shall grant to or create in any person not a party hereto, or any such person’s dependents or heirs, any right to any benefits hereunder, and no such party shall be entitled to sue any party to this Agreement with respect thereto.

No Third Party Beneficiary. Except as may be expressly provided herein, this Agreement is not intended to create, nor shall it be construed to create, any rights in any third party under doctrines concerning third-party beneficiaries.

No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, the Parties do not intend, and this Agreement shall not be construed, to create a third-party beneficiary status or interest in, nor give any third-party beneficiary rights or remedies to, any other person or entity not a party to this Agreement.
