Binding Effect. Subject to all other provisions of this Lease, each of the covenants, conditions and provisions of this Lease shall extend to and shall, as the case may require, bind or inure to the benefit not only of Landlord and of Tenant, but also of their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors or assigns, provided this clause shall not permit any assignment by Tenant contrary to the provisions of Article 14 of this Lease.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of ​ and Executive and their respective permitted successors, assigns, heirs and legal representatives.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the parties hereto and their respective successors (including any direct or indirect successor by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise to all or substantially all of the business and/or assets of the Company), assigns, spouses, heirs and personal and legal representatives. The Company shall require and cause any successor (whether direct or indirect by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise) to all, substantially all or a substantial part of the business and/or assets of the Company, by written agreement in form and substances satisfactory to the Indemnitee, expressly to assume and agree to perform this Agreement in the same manner and to the same extent that the Company would be required to perform if no such succession had taken place.

Binding Effect. Except as otherwise provided in this Award Agreement or in the Plan, every covenant, term, and provision of this Award Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legatees, legal representatives, successors, transferees, and assigns.

Binding Effect. This Amendment shall inure to the benefit of and be binding on the parties hereto, their respective heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.

Binding Effect. This Agreement, the Amended Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents embody the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, if any, relating to the subject matter hereof, and represent the final agreement between the parties and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous or subsequent oral agreements of the parties.

Binding Effect. This Fourth Addendum shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Binding Effect. Subject to the terms of the Plan, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and its assigns, and Participant, his heirs and personal representatives.

Binding Effect. This Award shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, and permitted successors and assigns of the Company and Holder.

Binding Effect. This Agreement has been duly executed and delivered by the ​, and constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of the ​, enforceable against the ​ in accordance with its terms, except as enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, fraudulent conveyance or transfer, moratorium or similar laws affecting the enforcement of creditors' rights generally and by general principles of equity.
