Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the end of each fiscal quarter of the Combined Parties, shall be greater than or equal to 1.5 to 1.0.

Minimum Interest Coverage Ratio. Permit the Interest Coverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter, commencing with the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2018, to be less than the ratio set forth below with respect to such fiscal quarter:

Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio. The Company shall not permit the Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Company to be less than 3.00:1.00.

Permit the Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be less than 3.25 to 1.00.

Consolidated Debt Service Coverage Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Debt Service Coverage Ratio as of the last day of any Measurement Period of the Borrower to be less than 2.50 to 1.00.

Borrower’s Interest Coverage Ratio on the Date ​ greater than or equal to 1.25 to 1.0, the minimum Interest Coverage Ratio permitted to be maintained by Borrower pursuant to [Section 6.1(r)] of the Loan Agreement.

An Asset Coverage Ratio shall not be less than 2.00 to 1.00, tested as of the end of each month, beginning with the month ended October 31, 2014.

Coverage. Denali shall maintain, at its own cost, the following insurance coverages:

“Coverage Tests” means each of the Overcollateralization Ratio Test and the Interest Coverage Ratio Test.

Asset Coverage Ratio” means the ratio, determined on a consolidated basis for Company and its Subsidiaries, without duplication, (a) the value of total assets of [[Organization A:Organization]] and its Subsidiaries, less all liabilities and indebtedness not represented by senior securities to (b) to the aggregate amount of senior securities representing indebtedness of Company and its Subsidiaries (including this Agreement).
