Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, on the last day of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower, commencing with the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2023 and each fiscal quarter thereafter during the term of this Agreement and calculated for the period of the four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on such date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.00.

Section #2Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Borrower shall not permit, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter of Borrower for the four fiscal quarter period then ending, the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio for Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis to be less than 1.20 to 1.00.

Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Borrower will not permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio for any Test Period ending on the last day of any fiscal quarter of Borrower to be less than 1.10:1.00.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower, to be less than 1.50:1.00.

. Borrower shall not permit, for any four fiscal quarter period, Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, in each case for Borrower and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis to be less than 1.20 to 1.00.

Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio as of the end of any Measurement Period ending as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the to be less than 1.25:1.00.

Pursuant to [Section 6] of the Loan Agreement, Borrowers are required, among other things, to maintain a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio of at least 1.00 to 1.00 as of the last day for (i) the six months ending March 31, 2015, (ii) the nine months ending June 30, 2015, (iii) the twelve months ending September 30, 2015, and (iv) the twelve months ending December 31, 2015 (collectively, the “Applicable Covenant Periods”).
