Applicable Law means federal, state, local, national and supra-national laws, statutes, rules, and regulations, including any rules, regulations, guidelines, or other requirements of the Regulatory Authorities, major national securities exchanges or major securities listing organizations, that may be in effect from time to time during the Term and applicable to a particular activity or country or other jurisdiction hereunder.
Applicable Law means any national, international, supra-national, federal, state or local laws, treaties, statutes, ordinances, rulings, rules and regulations, including any rules, regulations, guidance or guidelines, or requirements of any Regulatory Authorities, national securities exchanges or securities listing organizations, Governmental Authorities, courts, tribunals, agencies other than Regulatory Authorities, legislative bodies and commissions that are in effect from time to time during the Term and applicable to a particular activity hereunder.
Applicable Law means the applicable laws, rules and regulations, including any rules, regulations, guidelines or other requirements of Governmental Authorities, including Regulatory Authorities, that may be in effect from time to time, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended.
Applicable Law means any law, statute, rule or regulation issued by a Governmental Authority or Regulatory Authority and any judicial, governmental, or administrative order, judgment, decree, or ruling, in each case as applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement and the Parties and having a binding effect on it and them.
