“Hazardous Materials” means # substances that are defined or listed in, or otherwise classified pursuant to, any applicable laws or regulations as “hazardous substances,” “hazardous materials,” “hazardous wastes,” “toxic substances,” or any other formulation intended to define, list, or classify substances by reason of deleterious properties such as ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity, carcinogenicity, reproductive toxicity, or “EP toxicity,” # oil, petroleum, or petroleum derived substances, natural gas, natural gas liquids, synthetic gas, drilling fluids, produced waters, and other wastes associated with the exploration, development, or production of crude oil, natural gas, or geothermal resources, # any flammable substances or explosives or any radioactive materials, and # asbestos in any form or electrical equipment that contains any oil or dielectric fluid containing levels of polychlorinated biphenyls in excess of 50 parts per million.

“Hazardous Materials” means # substances that areany material or substance defined as or listed in, or otherwise classified pursuant to, any applicable laws or regulations asincluded in the definition of “hazardous substances,” “hazardous materials,wastes,” “hazardous wastes,materials,” “toxic substances,”substances” or any other formulationformulations intended to define, list,list or classify substances by reason of their deleterious properties such as ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity, carcinogenicity, reproductive toxicity, or “EP toxicity,”properties, # any oil, petroleum,petroleum or petroleum derived substances, natural gas, natural gas liquids, synthetic gas, drilling fluids, produced waters, and other wastes associated with the exploration, development, or production of crude oil, natural gas, or geothermal resources,substance, # any flammable substances or explosives orexplosives, # any radioactive materials, and # asbestos in any form orform, # electrical equipment that contains any oil or dielectric fluid containing levels of polychlorinated biphenyls in excess of 50fifty parts per million.million, # pesticides or # any other chemical, material or substance, exposure to which is prohibited, limited or regulated by any governmental agency or authority or which may or could pose a hazard to the health and safety of persons in the vicinity thereof.

“Hazardous Materials” means any substances or materials # which are or become defined as hazardous wastes, hazardous substances, pollutants, contaminants, chemical substances thator mixtures or toxic substances under any Environmental Law, # which are defined or listed in,toxic, explosive, corrosive, flammable, infectious, radioactive, carcinogenic, mutagenic or otherwise classified pursuant to,harmful to public health or the environment and are or become regulated by any applicable lawsGovernmental Authority, # the presence of which require investigation or regulations as “hazardous substances,” “hazardous materials,” “hazardous wastes,” “toxic substances,”remediation under any Environmental Law or common law, # the discharge or emission or release of which requires a permit or license under any Environmental Law or other formulation intendedGovernmental Approval, # which are deemed by a Governmental Authority to define, list,constitute a nuisance or classify substances by reason of deleterious properties such as ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity, carcinogenicity, reproductive toxicity,a trespass which pose a health or “EP toxicity,”safety hazard to Persons or neighboring properties, or # oil, petroleum, orwhich contain, without limitation, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, petroleum hydrocarbons, petroleum derived substances, natural gas,substances or waste, crude oil, nuclear fuel, natural gas liquids,or synthetic gas, drilling fluids, produced waters, and other wastes associated with the exploration, development, or production of crude oil, natural gas, or geothermal resources, # any flammable substances or explosives or any radioactive materials, and # asbestos in any form or electrical equipment that contains any oil or dielectric fluid containing levels of polychlorinated biphenyls in excess of 50 parts per million.gas.

“Hazardous Materials” meansmeans: # substancesany substance, material, or waste that are defined or listed in, or otherwise classified pursuant to, any applicable laws or regulations asis included within the definitions of “hazardous substances,” “hazardous materials,” “hazardous wastes,waste,” “toxic substances,” “toxic materials,” “toxic waste,” or words of similar import in any Environmental Law; # those substances listed as hazardous substances by the United States Department of Transportation (or any successor agency) (49 C.F.R. 172.101 and amendments thereto) or by the Environmental Protection Agency (or any successor agency) (40 C.F.R. Part 302 and amendments thereto); and # any substance, material, or waste that is petroleum, petroleum-related, or a petroleum by-product, asbestos or asbestos-containing material, polychlorinated biphenyls, flammable, explosive, radioactive, freon gas, radon, or a pesticide, herbicide, or any other formulation intended to define, list, or classify substances by reason of deleterious properties such as ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity, carcinogenicity, reproductive toxicity, or “EP toxicity,” # oil, petroleum, or petroleum derived substances, natural gas, natural gas liquids, synthetic gas, drilling fluids, produced waters, and other wastes associated with the exploration, development, or production of crude oil, natural gas, or geothermal resources, # any flammable substances or explosives or any radioactive materials, and # asbestos in any form or electrical equipment that contains any oil or dielectric fluid containing levels of polychlorinated biphenyls in excess of 50 parts per million.agricultural chemical.

“Hazardous Materials” means # substances that are defined or listed in, or otherwise classified pursuant to, any applicable laws or regulations as “hazardous substances,substance,” “pollutant,” “contaminant,” “hazardous materials,waste,” “regulated substance,” “hazardous wastes,”chemical” or “toxic substances,”chemical” as designated, listed or defined (whether expressly or by reference) in any Environmental Law; # any other formulation intendedpollutant, chemical, substance, toxic, infectious, carcinogenic, reactive, corrosive, ignitable or flammable chemical, or chemical compound, or hazardous substance, material or waste, whether solid, liquid or gas, that is subject to define, list,regulation, control or classify substances by reasonremediation under any Environmental Laws, including any quantity of deleterious properties such as ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity, carcinogenicity, reproductive toxicity, or “EP toxicity,” # oil, petroleum, or petroleum derived substances, natural gas, natural gas liquids, synthetic gas, drilling fluids, produced waters, and other wastes associated with the exploration, development, or production of crude oil, natural gas, or geothermal resources, # any flammable substances or explosives or any radioactive materials, and # asbestos in any formform, urea, formaldehyde, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), radon gas, petroleum, waste oil, crude oil, or electrical equipmentany fraction thereof, all forms of natural gas, petroleum products or by-products or derivatives, and # any compound, mixture, solution, product or other substance or material that contains any oilhazardous substance or dielectric fluid containing levels of polychlorinated biphenylsmaterial referred to in excess of 50 parts per million.[clause (a) and (b) above].

“Hazardous Materials” means # substances that are defined or listed in, or otherwise classified pursuant to, any applicable laws or regulations as “hazardous substances,” “hazardous materials,” “hazardous wastes,” “toxic substances,” or any other formulation intended to define, list, or classify substances by reason of deleterious properties such as ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity, carcinogenicity, reproductive toxicity, or “EP toxicity,” # oil, petroleum, or petroleum derived substances, natural gas, natural gas liquids, synthetic gas, drilling fluids, produced waters, and other wastes associated with the exploration, development, or production of crude oil, natural gas, or geothermal resources,shall mean # any flammable substancesmaterial, substance, chemical, waste, product, derivative, compound, mixture, solid, liquid, mineral, or explosivesgas, in each case, whether naturally occurring or any radioactive materials,manmade, that is hazardous, acutely hazardous, toxic, or words of similar import or regulatory effect under Environmental Laws; and # any petroleum or petroleum-derived products, radon, radioactive materials or wastes, asbestos in any formform, lead, or electrical equipment that contains any oil or dielectric fluid lead-containing levels ofmaterials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, and polychlorinated biphenyls in excess of 50 parts per million.biphenyls.
