Investments # by a Borrower or a Guarantor in any other Borrower or Guarantor, # by Borrower or a Guarantor in Subsidiaries that are not Borrowers or Guarantors, not to exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) in the aggregate in any fiscal year, and # by Subsidiaries (that are not a Borrower or a Guarantor) in other Subsidiaries (that are not a Borrower or a Guarantor) or in Borrower or Guarantor; and (k) other Investments not exceeding Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) in the aggregate in any fiscal year.
