Arbitration. Any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in [[Address A:Address]], in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator’s award in any court having jurisdiction.

Arbitration. AnyExcept as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any dispute or controversy arising underout of or in connection withrelating to this Agreement shall be determined and settled exclusively by arbitration in the City of [[Address A:Address]], in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. Judgmenteffect, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered on the arbitrator’s award in any court havingof competent jurisdiction. Except as set forth in Sections 5.4 and 5.5, the expenses of the arbitration shall be borne equally by the parties to the arbitration.

Arbitration.Disputes. Any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection withdisputes between the parties to this Agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in [[Address A:Address]], under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association, before a panel of three (3) arbitrators, in accordance with the applicable rulesNational Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes promulgated by the American Arbitration Association thenAssociation. Each party shall select an arbitrator and the two (2) arbitrators shall select a third and these three arbitrators shall form the panel. The decision in effect. Judgmentsuch arbitration shall be final and conclusive on the parties and judgment upon such decision may be entered on the arbitrator’s awardinto in any court having jurisdiction.jurisdiction thereof. Costs of the arbitration or litigation, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses of both parties, shall be borne by [[Organization A:Organization]] if you prevail on at least one of the material issues that is the subject of the arbitration. If you do not so prevail, you and [[Organization A:Organization]] shall equally share costs of the arbitration or litigation other than attorneys’ fees, and each of you and [[Organization A:Organization]] shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and expenses. Nothing herein shall prevent [[Organization A:Organization]] from seeking equitable relief in court as provided for in paragraph 8(i) or shall prevent either party from seeking equitable relief in court in aid of arbitration under applicable law.

Any disputeIf at any time during the term of this Agreement any dispute, difference, or controversy arising underdisagreement shall arise upon or in connection withrespect of this AgreementAgreement, and the meaning and construction hereof, every such dispute, difference, and disagreement shall be settled exclusivelyreferred to a single arbiter agreed upon by arbitration in [[Address A:Address]],the parties, or if no single arbiter can be agreed upon, an arbiter or arbiters shall be selected in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association and such dispute, difference or disagreement shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the then in effect. Judgmentprevailing commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbiter may be entered on the arbitrator’s award in any court having jurisdiction.jurisdiction thereof.
