Restriction Period. For any Restricted Stock Unit, the “Restriction Period” begins on the Grant Date and ends on the date on which that Restricted Stock Unit vests.
Term of Restricted Stock Units. The “Restricted Period” for the Award is the period beginning on (the “Award Date”) and ending on the three year anniversary of the Award Date. The Participant will have no voting rights with respect to the Restricted Stock Units or any shares of Stock underlying the Restricted Stock Units until the shares of Stock are issued in settlement of the vested Restricted Stock Units.
