Involuntary Bankruptcy; Appointment of Receiver, Etc. a custodian, receiver, interim receiver, receiver and manager, trustee, examiner, liquidator or similar official shall be appointed for the Company or any of its Significant Subsidiaries, or any substantial part of any of its property, or a proceeding described in Section 6.01(j)(v) shall be instituted against the Company or any of its Significant Subsidiaries, and such appointment continues undischarged or such proceeding continues undismissed or unstayed for a period of 60 days.
