Additional L/C Issuers. Any Lender hereunder may become a L/C Issuer upon receipt by the Administrative Agent of a fully executed Notice of Additional L/C Issuer which shall be signed by [[Released U.K. Borrowers:Organization]], the Administrative Agent and the applicable L/C Issuer. Such new L/C Issuer shall provide its L/C Commitment in such Notice of Additional L/C Issuer and upon the receipt by the Administrative Agent of the fully executed Notice of Additional L/C Issuer, the definition of “L/C Commitment” in Section 1.01 shall be deemed amended to incorporate the L/C Commitment of such new L/C Issuer.

Additional L/C Issuers. AnyA Revolving Lender hereunderreasonably acceptable to the Borrower may become aan additional L/C Issuer upon receipt byhereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Administrative Agent of a fully executed Notice of Additional L/C Issuer which shall be signed by [[Released U.K. Borrowers:Organization]],Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Revolving Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the applicableRevolving Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer. Such newAny Revolving Lender designated as an issuing bank pursuant to this paragraph # shall be deemed (in addition to being a Revolving Lender) to be an L/C Issuer shall providewith respect to Letters of Credit issued or to be issued by such Lender, and all references herein and in the other Loan Documents to the term “L/C Issuer” shall, with respect to such Letters of Credit, be deemed to refer to such Lender in its L/C Commitment in such Notice of Additional L/C Issuer and upon the receipt by the Administrative Agent of the fully executed Notice of Additionalcapacity as L/C Issuer, as the definition of “L/C Commitment” in Section 1.01context shall be deemed amended to incorporate the L/C Commitment of such new L/C Issuer.require.
