Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, # Cash Collateral provided under any of this [Section 2.14] or [Sections 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.15 or 9.02]2]2]2]2] in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Line Loans shall be held and applied in satisfaction of the specific L/C Obligations, Swing Line Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may be provided herein and # Cash Collateral provided by the Canadian Borrower shall be applied only to the Canadian Obligations.

Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, # Cash Collateral provided under any of this [Section 2.14]15] or [Sections 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.1516 or 9.8.02]2]2]2]2] in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Line Loans shall be held and applied into the satisfaction of the specific L/C Obligations, Swing Line Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may be provided herein and # Cash Collateral provided by the Canadian Borrower shall be applied only to the Canadian Obligations.for herein.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, # Cash Collateral provided under any of this [Section 2.14]10.5] or [Sections 2.03,4, 2.04,9, 2.05, 2.1513 or 9.02]10.2]2]2]2] in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Line Loans shall be held and applied into the satisfaction of the specific L/CLetter of Credit Obligations, Swing Line Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may be provided herein and # Cash Collateral provided by the Canadian Borrower shall be applied only to the Canadian Obligations.for herein.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, # Cash Collateral provided under any of this [Section 2.14]16] or [Sections[[Section 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.1506, 2.17, 8.02 or 9.02]2]2]2]2]8.03]3]3]3]3]3]3]]3] in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing LineSwingline Loans shall be held and applied into the satisfaction of the specific L/C Obligations, Swing LineObligations or Swingline Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided,provided prior to any other application of such property as may be provided herein and # Cash Collateral provided by the Canadian Borrower shall be applied only to the Canadian Obligations.for herein.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, # Cash Collateral provided under any of this [Section 2.14] or [Sections 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.15 or 9.02]2]2]2]2]19] in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Line Loans shall be held and applied into the satisfaction of the specific L/C Obligations, Swing Line Loans, obligationsDefaulting ​’s obligation to fund participations thereinin respect of Letters of Credit (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender,​, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may otherwise be provided for herein and # Cash Collateral provided by the Canadian Borrowerunder this [Section 2.19] in respect of Swing Line Loans shall be applied only to the Canadian Obligations.satisfaction of the Defaulting ​’s obligations to fund participations in respect of Swing Line Loans (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting ​, any interest accrued on such obligation) for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may otherwise be provided for herein.

Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, #Agreement or any other Loan Document, Cash Collateral provided under any of this [Section 2.5.14] or [Sections 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.15 or 9.02]2]2]2]2][Section 5.15] in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Lineand Swingline Loans shall be held and applied into the satisfaction of the specific L/C Obligations, Swing Line Loans, obligationsDefaulting Lender’s obligation to fund participations thereinin respect of L/C Obligations and Swingline Loans (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may otherwise be provided herein and # Cash Collateral provided by the Canadian Borrower shall be applied only to the Canadian Obligations.for herein.
