Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Cash Collateral provided under any of this Section 10.5 or Sections 2.4, 2.9, 2.13 or 10.2 in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Loans shall be held and applied to the satisfaction of the specific Letter of Credit Obligations, Swing Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may be provided for herein.

Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Cash Collateral provided under any of this Section 10.52.15 or Sections 2.4,03, 2.9,04, 2.1305, 2.16 or 10.28.02 in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Line Loans shall be held and applied to the satisfaction of the specific Letter of CreditL/C Obligations, Swing Line Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may be provided for herein.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Cash Collateral provided under any of this Section 10.5[Section 2.15] or Sections[Sections 2.4,03, 2.9,05, 2.1316 or 10.28.02]2]2]2] in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Line Loans shall be held and applied to thein satisfaction of the specific Letter of CreditL/C Obligations, Swing Line Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may otherwise be provided for herein.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Cash Collateral provided under any of this Section 10.5[Section 2.14] or Sections[Sections 2.4,03, 2.9,04, 2.1305, 2.15 or 10.28.02]2]2]2]2] in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Line Loans shall be held and applied to the satisfaction of the specific Letter of CreditL/C Obligations, Swing Line Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Revolving Credit Lender that is a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may be provided for herein.

Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Cash Collateral provided under any of this Section 10.52.16 or Sections[Section 2.4,03, 2.9,04, 2.1305, 2.06, 2.17, 8.02 or 10.28.03]3] in respect of Letters of Credit or SwingSwingline Loans shall be held and applied to the satisfaction of the specific Letter of Credit Obligations, SwingL/C Obligations or Swingline Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided,provided prior to any other application of such property as may be provided for herein.

Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, # Cash Collateral provided under any of this Section 10.52.14 or Sections 2.4,03, 2.9,04, 2.1305, 2.15 or 10.29.02 in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Line Loans shall be held and applied to thein satisfaction of the specific Letter of CreditL/C Obligations, Swing Line Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may be provided for herein. herein and # Cash Collateral provided by the Canadian Borrower shall be applied only to the Canadian Obligations.

Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Cash Collateral provided under any of this Section 10.52.10 or Sections 2.4, 2.9, 2.133, 10.2 or 10.212.22 in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Loans shall be held and applied to the satisfaction of the specific Letter of CreditL/C Obligations, Swing Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may otherwise be provided for herein.

Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement,Agreement or any other Loan Document, Cash Collateral provided under any of this Section 10.55.14 or Sections 2.4, 2.9, 2.13 or 10.2Section 5.15 in respect of Letters of Credit or Swingand Swingline Loans shall be held and applied to the satisfaction of the specific Letter of Credit Obligations, Swing Loans, obligationsDefaulting Lender’s obligation to fund participations thereinin respect of L/C Obligations and Swingline Loans (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such property as may otherwise be provided for herein.

Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Cash Collateral provided under any of this Section 10.5[Section 2.15] or Sections[Sections 2.4,03, 2.9,05, 2.1316 or 10.28.02]2]2]2] in respect of Letters of Credit or Swing Loans shall be held and applied to the satisfaction of the specific Letter of CreditL/C Obligations, Swing Loans, obligations to fund participations therein (including, as to Cash Collateral provided by a Lender that is a Defaulting Lender, any interest accrued on such obligation) and other obligations for which the Cash Collateral was so provided, prior to any other application of such propertyCash Collateral as may be provided for herein.
