Entire Agreement; Extent and Applicability. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. Nothing herein is intended to govern or determine, or shall be construed as governing or determining, # any rights of Employee, Albany, or its successors, to terminate such employment, or # any terms or conditions of such employment. This Agreement shall not be construed as giving Employee any legal or equitable right not otherwise specifically provided for herein.

This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written understandings among the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and constitutes the entire agreement between Albany and Employee relating to the subject matter thereof, including, without limitation that certain Severance Agreement between the parties dated January 1, 2016. Neither this Agreement nor any provision thereof may be changed, waived, modified or amended orally, but only by a written instrument signed by the party against whom the enforcement of such change, waiver, modification or amendment is sought.

Entire Agreement; Amendments. This Agreement and the agreements referenced herein contain the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede in their entirety any and all prior agreements, understandings or representations relating to the subject matter hereof, and upon the Effective Date, this Agreement shall supersede the Prior Agreement in its entirety. No amendments, alterations or modifications of this Agreement will be valid unless made in writing and signed by the parties hereto. To the extent implied herein, the applicable provisions of this Agreement shall survive any termination of your employment.

Section # Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains all of the terms agreed upon by the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and communications between the parties dealing with such subject matter, whether oral or written, but limited to the Employment Period.
