Engines” means those [[Unknown Identifier]] aircraft engines with manufacturer’s serial numbers , including all parts, components, appliances, accessories, instruments, furnishings, alterations thereto whether or not attached to the Airframe on the Closing Date as more specifically described on [Schedule 2].

"Parts" means all appliances, components, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings or other equipment of whatever nature (other than complete Engines or engines) which may from time to time be incorporated or installed in or attached to any Airframe or any Engine and includes replacement parts.

That there are no unrecorded security agreements, financing statements, chattel mortgages or conditional sales agreements to which Owner is a party in respect to any appliances, equipment or chattels that have or are to become attached to the land or any improvements thereon as fixtures.

One Boeing model aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number and equipped with two aircraft engines bearing manufacturer’s serial numbers , including all parts, components, appliances, accessories, instruments, furnishings, alterations and other items of equipment installed in or attached thereto, and all Aircraft Documents related thereto (collectively the “Aircraft”).

Landlord shall supply electricity to the Additional Space sufficient for a building standard storage room lighting fixture. Tenant covenants that it shall not connect any electrical equipment or appliances to any existing electrical outlets in the Additional Space, and that it shall not install arty electrical outlets in the Additional Space.

[[Organization B:Organization]] agrees that in the event any wiring may be required for telephone, appliances, office equipment or other purposes, the installation thereof shall be under the sole direction of [[Organization A:Organization]]; and without [[Organization A:Organization]]'s consent and direction, no installation, boring or cutting for wires shall be permitted.

“Aircraft Parts” means all engines and propellers (whether or not affixed to any Aircraft) owned by any Grantor and used or intended for use in connection with the Aircraft, and all avionics equipment, radio equipment, navigation equipment, radar equipment and other equipment, appliances, accessories and accessions used or intended for use in connection with the Aircraft.

Tenant’s Repairs. Tenant shall be responsible for all repairs to the premises including those caused by the negligence or willful acts or omissions of Tenant, its agents, employees, or contractors, Tenant shall, at its own expense, maintain and make all necessary repairs and replacements to the Leased Property and to the window glass, fixtures and all other appliances and appurtenances belonging thereto and all equipment used in connection with the Leased Property (including, without limitation, the HVAC system, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems) both internal to the Leased Property and external to the Leased Property (i.e., the leads from the tie-ins to the public utilities to the improvements located on the Leased Property). Such repairs and replacements shall be made promptly as and when necessary and in a good and workmanlike manner. On default of Tenant in making such repairs or replacements, Landlord may, but shall not be required to, make such repairs and replacements for Tenant’s account, and the reasonable expense thereof (actually incurred) shall constitute and be collectible as additional rent.
