Appendix. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Option Agreement, your option shall be subject to the special terms and conditions for your country set forth in the Appendix attached to this Option Agreement. Moreover, if you relocate to one of the countries included therein, the terms and conditions for such country will apply to you to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. The Appendix constitutes part of this Option Agreement.

Appendix. Notwithstanding any provision in this Global Stock Option Agreement, this Stock Option shall be subject to the additional terms and conditions for the Grantee’s country, as set forth in the Appendix attached hereto. If the Grantee transfers from the U.S. to a country outside the U.S., or if the Grantee relocates between countries included in the Appendix during the life of this Stock Option, the applicable terms and conditions in the Appendix shall apply to the Grantee, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. Appendix. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, this grant of Award Units and the shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan shall be subject to any and all special terms and provisions, if any, as set forth in the Appendix for the Grantee’s country of residence.
