Anti‑Corruption Laws. Each Borrower and Domestic Subsidiary has conducted its business in accordance with applicable anti‑corruption laws and has instituted and maintained policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

Anti-Corruption Laws Each of the Borrowers and each Subsidiary, to the knowledge of any Borrower and its Subsidiaries, have used reasonable efforts to conduct their businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws, and have instituted and maintained policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws

Section #29Anti-Corruption Laws. Borrower and its Subsidiaries have conducted their business in compliance with all Anti-Corruption Laws and have instituted and maintained policies and procedures to promote and achieve compliance with such Anti-Corruption Laws.

The Borrower, its Subsidiaries and Affiliates have implemented and maintain policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws.

The Borrower and its Subsidiaries have conducted their businesses in compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, and other applicable anti-corruption laws and have instituted and maintained policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

The Borrower and its Subsidiaries have conducted their businesses in compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions and have instituted and maintained policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions. No Borrowing or Letter of Credit or use of proceeds thereof will violate Anti-Corruption Laws or applicable Sanctions.

Anti-Corruption Laws. The Borrower and its Subsidiaries have conducted their businesses in compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, and other similar anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions, to the extent applicable to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (“Anti-Corruption Laws”), in all material respects and have instituted and maintained policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws. No part of the proceeds of any Credit Extension will be used for any payments to any government official or employee, political party, official of a political party, candidate for political office, or anyone else acting in an official capacity, in order to obtain, retain or direct business or obtain any improper advantage, in violation of any Anti-Corruptions Laws.

Each of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries has implemented and maintains in effect policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and Affiliates with all Anti-Corruption Laws, Anti-Money Laundering Laws and applicable Sanctions.
