Anti-Corruption Laws No Borrower shall directly or indirectly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension for any purpose which would breach the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions

Section #19Anti-Corruption Laws. Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, directly or indirectly, use any Credit Extension or the proceeds of any Credit Extension for any purpose which would breach the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010 and other similar anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions.

Anti-Corruption Laws. The Borrower and its Subsidiaries have conducted their businesses in compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, and other similar anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions, to the extent applicable to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (“Anti-Corruption Laws”), in all material respects and have instituted and maintained policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws. No part of the proceeds of any Credit Extension will be used for any payments to any government official or employee, political party, official of a political party, candidate for political office, or anyone else acting in an official capacity, in order to obtain, retain or direct business or obtain any improper advantage, in violation of any Anti-Corruptions Laws.

The Borrowers will not, directly or indirectly use the proceeds of any Extension of Credit for any purpose which would breach the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, and other similar anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions.

Section # Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering Laws. Directly or indirectly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension for any purpose which would cause the Borrower, the Parent or their Subsidiaries to not be in compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, or other similar anti-corruption or anti-money laundering legislation in other jurisdictions.

Section #07Anti-Corruption Laws and Anti-Money Laundering Laws. None of the Borrowers will, nor will [[Released U.K. Borrowers:Organization]] permit any of its Consolidated Subsidiaries to, directly or indirectly, knowingly use any Credit Extension, or the proceeds of any Credit Extension, for any purpose which would breach # the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act (Canada), and other similar anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions, or # any Anti-Money Laundering Laws.

Use the proceeds of any Credit Extension for any purpose which would breach the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, or other similar anti-corruption or anti-bribery legislation in other jurisdictions which have jurisdiction over the Loan Parties.

Directly or indirectly, use any Credit Extension or the proceeds of any Credit Extension for any purpose which would breach the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010 and other similar anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions.
