Anti-Corruption Laws. Use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, for the purpose of funding any activities of or business that could reasonably be expected to result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer or Swing Line Lender) of Anti-Corruption Laws.

Section # Anti-Corruption Laws. The Borrower will not, nor will the Borrower permit any of its Subsidiaries to, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension (including any indirect use intended by the Borrower or such Subsidiary) for any purpose which would result in a violation by the Borrower or such Subsidiary of any Anti-Corruption Law.

Section # Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering Laws. Directly or indirectly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension for any purpose which would cause the Borrower, the Parent or their Subsidiaries to not be in compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, or other similar anti-corruption or anti-money laundering legislation in other jurisdictions.

1.15Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering Laws. Directly or indirectly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension for any purpose which would cause the [[Consolidated Parties:Organization]], the [[Consolidated Parties:Organization]] or their Subsidiaries to not be in compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, or other similar anti-corruption or anti-money laundering legislation in other jurisdictions.

Use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, directly or indirectly, # to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding is the subject of any Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, the Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions or # for any purpose which would breach the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, or other similar Laws in other jurisdictions.

Section #19Anti-Corruption Laws. Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, directly or indirectly, use any Credit Extension or the proceeds of any Credit Extension for any purpose which would breach the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010 and other similar anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions.
