Anti-Bribery contract clause examples

Anti-Corruption Laws” means the # United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, # the United Kingdom Bribery Act of 2010 and any applicable anti-bribery or anti-corruption related provisions and/or anti-bribery, and corruption and/or anti-money laundering laws of any jurisdiction in which a Borrower conducts business.

Anti-Corruption Laws” means: # the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended; # the U.K. Bribery Act 2010, as amended; and # any other anti-bribery or anti-corruption laws, regulations or ordinances in any jurisdiction in which any Borrower or any member of the Borrowing Group is located or doing business.

Anti-Corruption Laws” means the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act, the Canadian Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act or any other law, rule, or regulation of any jurisdiction applicable to each of the Borrower, the Servicer and their respective Affiliates from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

Anti-Corruption Laws” means all laws, rules and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption including without limitation the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended and the UK Bribery Act 2010.

Anti-Corruption Laws” means the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1997, the UK Bribery Act of 2010 and all other applicable Laws relating to any Obligated Party or any of its Affiliates from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

Anti-Corruption Laws” means the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, and other similar anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions.

Anti-Corruption Laws” means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and all other federal or state laws, rules, and regulations of the United States and any national laws, rules and regulations of any foreign country, in each case applicable to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

Anti-Corruption Laws” means the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010 and all other similar legislation governing bribery or corruption, in each case, as applicable to the Company or its Subsidiaries from time to time.

Anti-Corruption Laws” means all laws, rules and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption (including the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977).

“Anti-Corruption Laws” means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption, including, without limitation, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the rules and regulations thereunder and the U.K. Bribery Act 2010 and the rules and regulations thereunder.
