SALARY. Executive shall be entitled to receive from the Company a starting annual base salary of $300,000. Salary shall accrue from the date of the Amended and Restated Share Exchange Agreement and Plan of Reorganization by and between the shareholders of the Company and NAS Acquisition, Inc. or at such later date as the parties agree. The base salary shall be paid to Executive in equal installments according to the Company's regular payroll practices and shall be reviewed and may be increased by the Board annually or at such earlier time or times as it determines.

Salary. The Company shall pay the Employee a base salary equal to: # during the period ending December 31, 2015, Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($230,000) per year, # during the period commencing January 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2016, Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000), and # during period commencing January 1, 2017 and ending December 31, 2017, Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($275,000), in each case payable in bi-weekly installments in accordance with Company practices.

Base Salary. An annual base salary equal to the annual base salary in effect as of the Change in Control. The annual salary shall be payable in installments in accordance with the Company’s usual payroll method.

Base Salary. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall receive an annual base salary (the “Annual Base Salary”) at an annual rate at least equal to 12 times the highest monthly base salary paid or payable, including any base salary that has been earned but deferred, to the Executive by the Company and or the applicable Affiliated Entity in respect of the one-year period immediately preceding the month in which the Effective Date occurs. The Annual Base Salary shall be paid at such intervals as the Company or the applicable Affiliated Entity pays executive salaries generally. During the Employment Period, the Annual Base Salary shall be reviewed at least annually, beginning no more than 12 months after the last salary increase awarded to the Executive prior to the Effective Date. Any increase in the Annual Base Salary shall not serve to limit or reduce any other obligation to the Executive under this Agreement. The Annual Base Salary shall not be reduced after any such increase and the term “Annual Base Salary” shall refer to the Annual Base Salary as so increased.

Effective December 19, 2015, annual salary of $550,000.00, paid bi-weekly. Effective December 17, 2016, annual salary of $650,000.00, paid bi-weekly. Effective December 16, 2017, annual salary of $700,000.00, paid bi-weekly.

Your annual gross base salary effective September 1, 2014 is US$570,000. You will receive annual salary and performance reviews based on McD APMEA’s guidelines. Your next salary review will be on March 1, 2015.

Not later than March 31 of each contract year, the Compensation Committee shall evaluate and determine the amount of any increase to the President and CEO’s annual base salary. Any increases to the President and CEO’s annual base salary determined by the Compensation Committee shall be effective on January 1 of the then running contract year and the increased annual base salary shall become the President and CEO’s new contractual annual base salary.
