Annual License Fee. On the first and second anniversary of the Effective Date, Licensee will make annual an license maintenance fee payment of fifty thousand dollars $50,000 to Juniper.

Annual License Fee. In further consideration for the Patent Licenses, Forty Seven shall pay Synthon, for the maintenance of such rights and licenses, an non-refundable annual license fee of ​ (the “Annual License Fee”). Such Annual License Fee payment shall for the first time become due on the first anniversary of the Effective Date and continue each year until the expiration of the last Valid Claim of a patent within the Licensed Patent Rights. License Fee. As partial consideration for the licenses granted hereunder, Licensee agrees to issue to [[Organization A:Organization]] and its designees, within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, 500,000 shares of Licensee's Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share, pursuant to the terms of a Stock Subscription and Right of First Refusal Agreement.

License Fee. On or before the Effective Date, the Licensee shall pay to UABRF a non­ refundable, non-creditable license fee of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00).

Annual Fee. Subject to Section I.B. below, the Company will pay each Outside Director an annual fee of $75,000 for serving on the Board (the “Annual Fee”). The Annual Fee will be paid, in arrears, in four equal installments on a quarterly basis with each quarterly payment paid on the last day of the applicable quarter.

License Execution Fee. As partial consideration for the rights conveyed by BCM under this Agreement, LICENSEE shall pay BCM a non-refundable license fee of ​. Such payment shall be due upon the following schedule:

Annual Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 2 to Consulting Agreement (referenced above) shall continue to apply. That is, in consideration of Consultant’s services, for each one (1) year period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment and continuing for the duration of the term of the Agreement, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000), which shall be paid on a schedule of Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($18,750) per month in arrears.
