Annual Consulting Fee. In consideration of Consultant’s services, for each one (1) year period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment and continuing for the duration of the term of the Agreement, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000), which shall be paid on a schedule of Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($18,750) per month in arrears.

Annual Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 2 to Consulting Agreement (referenced above) shall continue to apply. That is, in consideration of Consultant’s services, for each one (1) year period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment and continuing for the duration of the term of the Agreement, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000), which shall be paid on a schedule of Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($18,750) per month in arrears.
