During the Term of Employment, the Employer shall pay the Executive a salary at an annual rate of U.S. $120,000.00 (One Hundred Twenty Thousand U.S. dollars (the Base Salary). The Base Salary will be payable in monthly installments of ($10,000) Ten Thousand U.S. Dollars on the 1st day of each month commencing on the starting date of the Agreement.

During the Term of Employment, as compensation for the employment services to be rendered by Executive hereunder, the Company agrees to pay to Executive, and Executive agrees to accept, payable in equal bi-weekly installments in accordance with Company practice, an annual base salary of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars and 00/100 Cents ($400,000.00) (the “Base Salary”) as of the Effective Date. The Base Salary shall be reviewed at least annually to ascertain whether, in the judgment of the Company, such Base Salary should be adjusted. If so, the adjusted Base Salary shall be adjusted for all purposes of this Agreement.

Base Salary. For services rendered by the Executive under this Agreement during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay to the Executive an annual base salary (“Base Salary”), evenly paid twice a month or on such other schedule as salaried employees of the Company are generally and regularly compensated. Effective as of January 1, 2023, through the term of this Agreement, the Base Salary shall be at the rate of no less than $650,000 per year.

Salary. In exchange for the services to be rendered by Executive hereunder, the Company agrees to pay, during the Employment Period, a salary at an annual rate of $18,000. The company will make monthly payments in the amount of $1500 on the 1st of each calendar month beginning November 1, 2014. From time to time, Executive and Company may change this compensation depending on how the scope of work and time required evolves. Any change to this compensation can be added as an amendment to this agreement and signed by both parties.

Commencing on January 1, 2013, and continuing during the Term of this Agreement, the Employer shall pay to the Executive for the loyal and consistent services provided to it hereunder a salary of $15,000 per month (“Base Salary”).

Base Salary. As compensation for his services pursuant hereto, the Executive shall be paid a base salary of $200,000 per year during his employment. This amount shall be payable in equal periodic installments in accordance with the usual payroll practices of the Company.

Base Salary. During the Term, the Executive’s annual base salary shall be $265,000 (the “Base Salary”). The Base Salary shall be payable in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll procedures in effect from time to time and may be increased, but not decreased, at the discretion of the Company.

Base Salary. During the Employment Period, Executive’s base salary shall be four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) per year (the “Base Salary”). The Base Salary may be adjusted in the sole discretion of the Board. The Base Salary shall be payable in a manner that is consistent with the Company’s usual payroll practices for senior executives but no less frequently than monthly. The Company shall be obligated to pay Executive any earned but unpaid Base Salary in the event of a separation as set forth in this Agreement.

During the Term of Employment, Executive will be entitled to receive an annualized base salary (the “Base Salary”) of not less than $500,000.

Base Salary. During the Employment Period, the Executive’s base salary shall be $450,000 (such annual salary, as it may be adjusted upward by the Board in its discretion, being referred to as the “Base Salary”). The Base Salary shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices, shall be subject to customary withholding and may be increased (but not decreased) at the discretion of the Board.
