Annual Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a target bonus payment of thirty percent (30%) of your annual salary payable at the end of each calendar year. Such bonus would be contingent upon successful achievement of agreed upon objectives between you and the Company.

Annual Bonus. You will have the opportunity to earn an annual cash bonus of up to thirty percent (30%) of your base salary for each fiscal year based on the achievement of certain objectives, which you and the Board will mutually establish. Such bonus payment is subject to your continued employment through and until the date of payment. The bonus will be paid no later than March 15 of the year following the year in which such bonus was earned.

Annual Incentive Bonus. Following the end of each fiscal year and subject to the approval by the Company’s Board of Directors in its sole discretion, you will be eligible to earn an incentive bonus, based on your performance and the Company’s performance, each during the applicable fiscal year, and subject to your continued employment in good standing on the date of payment of such incentive bonus. Your target annual incentive bonus opportunity shall be up to 40% of your base salary. Because of your start date, in accordance with the Company’s policy, the first year you will be eligible for a bonus is 2023.
