Commencement Date. Host shall commence the provision of Services on the Commencement Date which shall be either of:

Commencement Date. Subject to the earlier termination or extension as otherwise provided in this Lease, the Term shall commence on the Commencement Date and expire at midnight on the Expiration Date.

Annual Benefit Commencement Date Election Changes. The Participant may change the Annual Benefit Commencement Date applicable under Section 4.1 to the extent permitted by this [Section 4.2]. Any change must be made by providing notice to the Committee no less than twelve months prior to the previously applicable Annual Benefit Commencement Date. Commencement Date. Executive’s full-time employment with the Company will commence on January 8, 2018 (“Commencement Date”). This Agreement shall govern the terms of Executive’s employment on and after the Commencement Date until it is terminated by either the Company or Executive pursuant [[Organization A:Organization]] terms set forth in Article 6.

Benefit Commencement Date. The time (whether a specified year or Separation from Service) which the Participant irrevocably elects on the Participant’s Election Notice to receive, or commence receiving, payment of his or her Deferred Compensation shall be referred to as the Benefit Commencement Date. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Participant elects to receive payments in installments in accordance with [Section 5.3] beginning in a specified year, and the Participant has a Separation from Service after the installment payments have begun, the payments shall continue on the regularly scheduled payment dates.

Commencement Date. The Term of this Lease shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall be for the term specified in Section 1.8 hereof (which includes as set forth in Section 1.8 any partial month at the commencement of the Term if the Term commences other than on the first day of the calendar month).
